its´ me again... lately i´ve been doing such another experiment in photography. this time its all about macro photography. i did´nt have yet any equipment/gear for doing macro, nonetheless i still found something that needs to be done. as a macro lens substitute, i used my 50mm 1.8 lens to do this kind of trick... reversed lens tactic set to manual mode in a 1.8 wide open aperture.. you just need to move back and forth to established focus......

here are some of my sample shots... thanks for visiting my blog...;-)

to our beloved muslim brothers and sisters around the globe... ramadan kareem to all.

Another photography experiment i tried using different kinds of lights. The "light painting" is one of many tricks in photography which gives an exciting outcomes and some dramatic exposures due to limited light resources. As for me, last night i tried this trick after watching tutorials from google and youtube, i grabbed my DSLR, my tripod and set it up...using black cardboard in the backround. I used lighter for this image which it looks like a spoon in heavy fire. Some images that i took using another source of light which is from my two phones lighting every part of the subject from down , up, and both sides..

as for the camera settings, i set it up to manual at 20 seconds, aperture at F 22 and ISO remains at the lowest one which is at 200 to avoid  noise appearing in the image. This was a long exposure activity to allow more light captured during the exposure..the room was in  total darkness.. so much for that... here are some of the images i got.. (by the way it was only for a trial out of curiosity :-) this wasn´t that good captures)............ bonjournee...

Hassan Tower or Tour Hassan (Arabic: صومعة حسان‎) is the minaret of an incomplete mosque in RabatMorocco.[1] Begun in 1195, the tower was intended to be the largest minaret in the world along with the mosque, also intended to be the world's largest. In 1199, Sultan Yacoub al-Mansour died and construction on the mosque stopped. The tower only reached 44 m (140 ft), about half of its intended 86 m (260 ft) height. The rest of the mosque was also left incomplete, with only the beginnings of several walls and 200 columns being constructed. The tower, made of red sandstone,[2] along with the remains of the mosque and the modern Mausoleum of Mohammed V, forms an important historical and tourist complex in Rabat.

Instead of stairs, the tower is ascended by ramps. The minaret's ramps would have allowed the muezzin to ride a horse to the top of the tower to issue the call to prayer.

Night photography is a little bit tricky, a lot of things you need to put into consider, like how secure is the vicinity. is there any chances that we can come up in case of trouble?. this things should be consider to be more secure specialy if you are on a solo flight at night.

most of the time i walk alone, find something on the street... make those ordinary things that i saw to be my subject.

these are few sample of images that i took last sat. night march 10, 2012. a long and old overpass crossing one of rabat city´s biggest public hospital IBN ZINA.

i went here at around 8pm and the place was already almost empty, very scary isn´t it? i have camera, 2 lenses, tripod and some accessories with me... luckily one guard approached me and advised me to leave the area within an hour or else i will be get entangled with those crazy ass guys roaming around to find their victims and the night is their best playground...
